What intrested me the most about the video we watched on friday was the explorers. I'm suprised that people risked all they had for a new start in the new world. They must have really believed that everything was better in the new world. -Ethan Le
ReplyDeleteI was most interested by the explorers. This interested me because they came all the way across the Atlantic Ocean to start colonies and to explore. I think they were very courageous to sail for a month and still not know for sure how much longer you'd be at sea. - Luke Frey
ReplyDeleteOne topic that really interested me was the revolutions. This interested me because it shows how the colonists fought back to become their own country. They didn't like being controlled by people so far away and so unfair. Besides, they were the ones who took the risk of coming to America.

I am mostly interested in the American Revolution because without that battle who knows America could still be a part of Great Britain. I also am interested in how much supplies the explorers took to the Americas. I think King George was unreasonable about the tax law in Boston harbor he lost over a million dollars in tea. -Cody Hughes
ReplyDeleteThe famous Explorers probably interest me the most. They made friends with the Indians but then killed the Indians too.

One subject that I heard in the movie that interested me was the American Revolution. I find interesting how the American Revolution started by King George's order of sending troops, and ended by America's freedom by war. Lisa Young
ReplyDeleteThe one topic that interests me is the colonies. I want to learn about how they formed, who made them, and why there were 13. It seems really interesting and i want to know the story behind it.

I would like to learn about the Revolutionary War because it is such a great story, sort of like a David and Goliath story. How such small colonies could defeat such a big nation like Great Britain.

CONNOR CHAPMAN-the main thing that interests me the most is the explorers because learing about that sounds the best. Also beacause there was so many explorers that you can always learne more about them and what they discovered.
ReplyDeleteOne topic i really liked was how the North fought back against the south. also i liked how the pilgrams or colonist( not sure which one) teamed up with an indian tribe and battled another indian tribe in a suprise attack. - Dayton Garcia
ReplyDeleteWhat interests me most is the American Revolution. I wonder how these tiny little colonies could defeat a huge nation like Great Britain. Also, how farmers and normal citizens all became a part of the Militia.

i think all the people are interesting just to think back to that time and not knoiwing much about the world you live in. I mean peoples misconceptions of the world were so different from one anothers. why would people be willing to risk there lives to be a part of a colony. if i was alive then i would come after the revolutionary war when the good stuff started happening.

I think what interests me most would be the American Revolution. Ihink it is just amazing how they would literally fight to the death for something they believed in so much. They would risk their lives for freedom, and that was just so courageous. -Tiffany Scott
ReplyDeleteI liked the American revolution stuff because the militia charged the red coats and scared them off. The rebels were a stronger force at that time.

I know my response is a little late but.....
ReplyDeleteThe topic I thought was interesting was the explorers. I think this is because they didn't know the land in front of them and that they would put their lives at risk to find out more about the world.
The American Revolution interests me the most. I think it is wonderful how we fought for our freedom.-Alex Hall
