  2. Now that I am enrolled in the army, the one thing i miss most about home is my brother and sister: Larry and Taylor. I love all the new friends I've made but right now i just want to be with my family. One thing about camp life that i enjoy is the working out, I guess. Every day it prepares me more and more for battle. One thing about war that scares me is definetly dying. I mean, will it hurt a lot or will it be quick and I won't feel a thing? If i do die i'd never be able to see my friends and family again and that makes me incredibly sad/scared.

  3. I am Robert E. Lee and the thing I most miss about home is living a stress-free life. Here I give the commmands and if a mistake is made then I get the blame. I'd rather be back home relaxing. Here at camp, I enjoy the freedom. I can do whatever I want whenever I see fit and that is a luxury that I didn'y have at home. There are no fancy parties to attend or any important people to leave an impression with so I am free to do what I wish. I am terrified for my men. Many of them are inexperienced and have no clue what they're doing. They simply think that was is a great honor, but that it could never actully kill you. I hope that they are never proved wrong but they probably will be.

  11. One think that I miss the most is my family around me. I miss not being able to wake up with my wife, seeing my smiling kids run up to me and the family dog at my heels. I enjoy being surrounded by my friends when I wake up in camp, eating with them and being around them for the whole day! One thing that scares me about war is not ever seeing my friends and family again, they are my life. I don't know if I could live without them and I don't want to put that pain on my family, expecially my wife.

  13. The thing that I miss the most is my family back in texas. The only thing about camp life that is like is that that i am surrounded by my friends most of the time. The thing that scares me the most is the thought of will i survive the next battle? and will I see my family again? But i think that I, and my fellow soldiers know that only time can tell.
