  1. It's kind of surreal that we're almost done with 8th grade. This year has gone by really really fast. My best memories of middle school are just the everyday routine of hanging out with my friends and my classes and stuff. I really like the March Madness also. I can't think of anything THAT bad off the top of me head. -Brian Tran

  2. I've had many awesome memories. One of them being when Mrs. Nadell and our class played a huge prank on Ethan. We Got you, buddy :) One of the not so great memories was when some of my friends had to move schools.

  3. Some of best memories of my life were at Maywood. I remember in 6th grade I was number 1 in districts for cross country. I also remember winning the mile in track for districts. But I also remember the time I lost being elected school president and 7th grade science. I think my stay of my Maywood wwas a positive one.... -Cody Hughes

  6. Now that I'm really into my last trimester of middle school, forever, I still can't quite believe that next year, I'll be done with MMS, and will be moving on to high school. My best memory of middle school was when I started 8th Grade; I couldn't quite believe that either, that I was in my last year ever, after two years of endless middle school, I was finally reaching the end! My worst memory of middle school was when I began at MMS in my 6th Grade year, because I knew that I hadn't even begun yet, and that it would be a long three years at MMS before I finally left for good.-Lisa Young

  7. Middle has been pretty good. Friends is always he best part about it and my grades have been great. The worst part about it has probably been the homework because its super boring. Austin Regis

  8. Wow.. I still feel as if it's September for some reason... Honestly, my best memory was during 6th grade field day. Me and my friend(who moved last year)just talked the whole time, and it was amazing. My worst memory, probably all of P.E. I really dislike that class... a lot..

  9. My best memories are of playing sports here. I loved running cross country and doing well at it. I hated getting all those demarets and some of the classes i had. It was interesting having an old teacher for once... But then she retired.

  10. I feel like this year has gone by really fast. I really don't want to leave middle school.. but its ok. Some of my best memories were from sixth grade when I think it was Ethan and Noel put water on some kids chair and the kid sat down and jumped up screaming because he sat in a puddle haha:) And in seventh grade, in Mrs.Moore's class, it was always really fun and that was the best class ever. Now, in eighth grade, the best memory I've had is probably 12/12/12 12:12 and just being in Nadell's class because she is hilarious all the time! :)

  11. Wow. I can't believe I'm almost done with 8th grade already. & then drivng. Me behind the wheel...that's a scary thought. Just like everybody else, all the simple things that have happened throughout these last 3 years have been so fun. Hanging out with friends. Sleeping in on Wednesdays. All the simple things seem to be the best. I think going to Liberty and FINALLY being in high school will be extremely fun. But I am definitely going to miss Maywood. My worst memory would be all those times I've tripped and fallen. But that has happened too many times, there's not one time that really stands out.

  13. It's amazing how far everyone has come in the last few years, people have changed so much! I have so many memories that I can talk about, but I don't know who will read this later on, so I'll keep it mature! Favorite thing of this year is probably hanging with all my friends and almost missing the bus every day. I also will never forget how close I got to teachers this year compared to last year, for once I can feel comfortable talking to teachers! Ron, you guys got me on that prank. I don't know if that's a positive or negative memory... Luke, I laughed so hard when I read your comment! -Ethan Le

  14. I'm glad school is almost out and I've enjoyed it more or less. My favorite memory of the year was the first day of school because I knew I only had one more year (hopefully) of middle school and will soon be in high school. At the same time, my least favorite memory was the first day of school because I knew I still had another year.

  16. I am really chipper about school coming to an end. Even though this is my first, and only, year at Maywood it feels I have made friends that I've known forever. I wont be going to high school next year though. I will be moving to maple valley and going to Tahoma and a junior high. My favorite memories were probably the things people did with candy and teasing bailey and Jordan in the context clue sentences. My least favorite memory was when I got an A- in the middle of tri 2 because my dad lectured me. Other than that I have had a great year and made lots of friends. Sometimes I wonder what the point is. We go to school to get to a good college. Get into a good college to get a good job. Get a good job so we can retire. We retire to be comfortable in our last 20 years. Doing what? I want to leave a mark on the world and not just be another person who has a good job. We should look at the world as if money weren't a factor. Then judge what we want to do on that. If you want to play video games, work towards being a video game critic or tester. Only then can we successfully say that we lived a good life. And it all starts now. We are about to go to high school (or jnr. High)and then we have 4 years to start the rest of our lives. So, yeah.
