  1. I'm pretty sure the Bill of Rights are the first 10 amendments of the Constitution. They secure the rights of Americans. It matters because if we didn't have the Bill of Rights, we wouldn't have any rights and we wouldn't have any control on anything. I'm interested in freedom from cruel and unusual punishments.

  2. The bill of rights are things that apply to most americans that are adults. It matters big time. for example, freedom of speech or the right to bear arms is a big one as well. The right to bear arms i think interests me the most because its always good to have protection. Austin Regis

  6. The Bill of Rights are the first ten amendments to the constitution. It should matter to you because the Bill of Rights protects your individual rights;including freedom of speech, right to bear arms, etc. In the Bill of Rights, the topic of the right to bear arms(3rd amendment)peaks my interest because of the violations of this law now. For example, the gun control laws employed currently, in my view, don't follow the 3rd amendment, but the law was still passed, making it an object of intrest to me. Lisa Young

  7. Okay so the Bill of Rights is a document that tells you the first ten amendments of the united states. This really matters to me becuase withgout these rights I wouldn't be able to speak freely or write things withoout the governments consent. I think that the most interesting amendment is the first one. I think this becuase it gives you the most basic rights and principles but they say so mmuch more than that.

  12. The Bill of Rights is the first 10 ammendments of the constitution. This should matter to you because they state your rights, what you can and can't do and what your guarenteed as a citizen of the United States. The ammendement I find most interesting is the death penalty. It's really fascinating to hear what seperates the decision of death and life long jail time. Dealth penalties are different in each state and the person sort of too. My favorite ammendment is the first but the death penalty keeps me interested because it varies. -Tiffany Scott

  19. The bill of rights is the first 10 amendments in the constitution of the united states of america. Its important to know our rights so we don't do things we aren't supposed to do or is not constitutional. Also, so we know what our freedoms are and what our consequences are to the mistakes we do and make. The amendment i find very interesting is amendment one, religous freedom, freedom of speech, freedom to peacefully assemble and what not. These are what allow people to be different and be able to speak up for what they believe in and want to do!
