Hello everyone and welcome to our classroom blog. This blog will serve as a weekly online journal entry. It will be a way to earn points for Language Arts class but SO much more. It will be a way for you to get your voice out there! Every week there will be a discussion topic/question posted by yours truly and it will be your job to respond. Your response may be in direct relation to the topic or may be a comment about another student's response. The topics will vary but your job will remain the same. Respond to the topic in as much detail as you find necessary and in as genuine a matter as possible!

I like action movies, comedy too. I like dystopian books. My favorite go-to movie would probably be battleship. It has good action and is one of my favorite movies, as well as the campaign.

Hmmmmm...... I like all kinds of movies but if I had to choose one type, I would choose action movies. Same thing with books. I can't choose my all time favorite movies because I like all the Bourne movies.

I like comedy movies because they change my mood to a happier one. I enjoy books that are very mysterious, I like feeling like I don't know whats going to happen. My favorite movie is The Bird House.-Luke Frey
ReplyDeleteI like funny movies and movies that have a lot of action because they are interesting. I like books that have many different charcters and have many differents conflict. Im drawn to a variety of movies, and I think I can watch all great movies over and over. -Cody Hughes
ReplyDeleteMy favorite genres of movies would have to be comedy and horror/thriller. It's kind of ironic how I love scary movies, but I get scared really easily and I find myself jumping and hiding my face/hugging the closest thing to me. I also seem to cover my eyes but then peeking through my finger spaces. I remember once in 5th grade, I was having a sleepover with some friends and I was sitting up, but hugging my knees. Something had just popped up and I kneed (spelling?) myself in the chin. For books, I like suspenseful and also the normal, girly love stories. I think my favorite movie for:

I like action, comedy, and scary movies. I like books that are intense and that want to make me read them. If I could choose one I would probably say my all time favorite movie is (the fighter) a UFC movie that has an amazing story. Austin Regis
ReplyDeleteI love movies that are action-packed and suspenseful. I want to watch something that ends up a way that I didn't expect it to. Movies pretty much always have a happy ending, but I like movies that make you think otherwise. So action or comedy are my favorite types of movies. I like pretty much the same type of books as movies. My favorite, all time go-to movie would be Looper, Skyfall, or Men In Black. Or the Campaign. And The Dark Knight Rises. ReplyDeleteI tend to like comedies or action movies. I don't read books but if I do they are most likely non-fiction. My favorite movie of all time. That's a hard one. I'd say Toy Story 3

I like to watch comedy, action and romance movies. Im more into mystery and romance and realistic books. I guess you can say im drawn to variety and my favorite go-to movie are the Madea movies! They're hilarious!

The kinds of movies I like are action because it look like its realty happing and fun.The books I like are adventure/mystery because its tempting to know what's going to happen next. The movie that I can watch over and over is the dictator MAX CHERVETS

ReplyDeleteFor me personally, I like movies full of suspense and mysteries. I like books that are serious and teach you a lesson or moral. I'm normally drawn to the same theme of movie or book, but it depends on if it's interesting. My favorite movie of all time is Avatar. Lisa Young

ReplyDeleteI like movies that can really draw me in. For example a really sad movie that makes you really care about the character like 50/50. I also like funny movies like the Hangover. My favorite movie that I can watch over and over is 21 Jump Street. That movie is so funny. My favorite kind of books are teen drama and suspense books and futuristic books like the Pretties:)

I like horror and drama movies. My favorite type of book is fantasy like Harry Potter. My favorite movie is either 8 Mile or Dawn of the Dead(1977)

Well, my tastes in movies are really varied. From my little pony to horror movies like the Chucky movies. But I do like mysteries, and gory movies. I have five favorite movies. I doubt I could choose between them. I like Rise of the guardians, wreck-it Ralph, the Lorax, The Hobbit, and Scream.

my favorite types of movies would have to be horror or suspenseful movies because Iike to be scared.My favorite types of book would have to be distopia because it makes me wonder what the future will be like.
