The 12th man means all of us fans because 11 players on the field, and the 12th are the fans! This could be applied to my life because i could have people that support me in life and they would be concidered my 12th man. Now im not sure who to root for. I will probably root for whoever my friends are rooting for.

To be the 12th man in football is to be like a advantage for the home team. The 12th man usually makes alot of noise in the stands. You can apply this term to a different solution by always rooting for your soccer team or football team. GO PATRIOTS

It means that it seems like the Seahawks have 12 men on the field because the fans play such a big role in winning games. I want Baltimore to win because it's Ray Lewis' last season before he retires and I want him to end it well.-Luke Frey
ReplyDeleteTo be part of the 12th man in football really means a lot to me because the 12th man is all the fans of the Hawks which is basically one big group sharing the same interests. Now that the Seahawks are out, I'm rooting for the New England Patriots.

Being part of the 12 man is huge because the 12 man takes on a huge part in the Seahawks. To be the 12 man its like being someone who steps in to battle it on and do whatever it takes to get a positive outcome so I think that you could be a 12 man by doing whatever you can to accomplish what you want to happen for example, a win for the Seahawks! I am rooting for the patriots now. Austin Regis
ReplyDeleteBeing the 12th man means that you're kinda part of the football team. Companies sell jerseys with 12th man on the back, and other merchandise such as pants and sunglasses. I am rooting for the Patriots.

To be part of the 12th man in football means to be a fan of the football team. I can apply this term to the rest of my life by trying hard at everything and supporting my local teams. -Ethan Le
ReplyDeleteThe fans act as another player for the home team. At our home stadium, the fans are so loud that it can mess up the other team's plays. So the 12th man is like an advantage for them. In real life, it could mean a bunch of people supporting the same thing. Now that the Hawks are out, GO RAVENS! -Brian Tran
ReplyDeleteThe 12th man on the team is all of the fans that root for that team, considering they take such a large role in the winnings. In my life, my 12th man would be my friends in family, who keep me stong and they are the reasons for my success. But if we are referring to my life and football, then it would be me supporting my favorite sports teams. Now that the Seahawks are out, I'm rooting for the patriots.

To be part of the 12th man in football means to be a loyal supporter and fan of the team. I can apply the 12th man to my life by supporting my friends and family and be their 12th man to lean on. Now that the Seahawks are gone, I'm really hoping the Patriots will make it. -Lisa Young
ReplyDeleteThe 12th man is basically the best fans in football. THE loudest stadium in the NFL is based around the fact that up here in Seattle, we are loud. We do our best to help out our team. Everybody has people in their life that help them through stuff like we do with the Seahawks. We created a flipping earthquake for crying out loud. If that's not the best fans in football then nothing is.
ReplyDeleteIm rooting for the Ravens, because I hate the other three teams.
~Cameron Lautenslager "The C-Master"
it means that the seahawks care about there fans because they wanted them to feel included. also we are going to be a great team next year because russel wilson being a rookie and taking us this far is almost unheard of. he definetly should be the rookie of the year because he is so talented. also i thi k the the seahawks should make it to the superbowl next year.

Im not a part of the 12th man because i am a cowboys fan and i will always be a cowboys fan. The cowboys will be a good team next year. I was always rooting for the 49ers in the playoffs-Alex Hall
ReplyDeleteto be part of the 12th man is to be on the team just not on the field. seahawk fans want to feel included so they influence the game by being the 12th man. zac jeter
