  1. i would have to say that (i forgot his name; we red his biographical briefing before the press conference) was the most influencial. i say this because what he said for was the ideal government is near to what we have in America now.

  2. I think Baron de Montesqueiu and Abigal Adams influenced our government greatly because they had very good ideas about who were equal and who had rights. They both thought women should have the same rights as men do and they should be aloud to be in a government and not just being at home cleaning. Also, they both fought for what they believed in, they wouldn't give up.
P.S. I didn't pick the Baron just because I was him, I thought he had a very good point.

  3. I think that the Baron influenced the government today the most because he made the 3 branches and ever since no "King George" has happened again. This prevented war and any other bad things from one person getting to greedy.

  4. I think that Abigail Adams greatly influenced the us government becuase now women are apart of government and they have equal rights as men. If she never spoke out then all the women of the world would be worthless pesants and now they are greatly appriceated people.

  6. The historical thinker I thought greatly infulenced our government was Baron de Montesquieu. I picked him because he thought it was a good idea to have three branches of government. In todays times, we have three branches, which helps spread out the power.

  7. I think the person who influence the government the most was john L. because his philosophy was all about how everyone is equaled and that no one man should have all the power and everyone should have a decision the government. And that’s what our government is all about.

  8. I personaly thought the Baron would of been the one who mostly influenced the contental congresses decision. This is because most of his ideas are being used today like seperation of powers, no slavery, weomens rights and a monarchy.

  9. I think that Abigail Adams greatly influenced the United States government the most. I have the rights that I have today becuase of her. Women can vote and run in the government because of her as well. This is why I chose Abigail Adams as the person who influenced the United States government the most!

  10. I think that Baron de Montesqueiu influenced the United States the most. I think this because of the fact that most of what he believed in is in our Government today.

  11. I think baron is the most effective today beacuase we adopted a demorocy from him. And he made that women had rights and no slaves. And today women have rights and slaves are no longer our slaves. vlad Taco :0

  12. I think Abigail Adams influenced the government the most because the thoughts she supported are alive in government today. Nowadays, women have right, black people are free from almost any discrimination, and anyone can join the government. Being the wife of the president also helped her make her voice heard. When we study her today we appreciated her integrity, and willness to fight for what she believes in. (:

  13. I think that Abigail Adams influenced our goverment the most because of how much rights women have now. People may not know, but womens are very important to us, they can do just as much as men do. But to back then women didn't have rights to prove it so thanks to her, we now know that.

  14. I think that the Baron influenced the United States government the most because he thought that leaders should be elected which is part of our government, he also thought that multiple branches in the government was best which is what we have three different branches in our government and also that woman should have equal rights.

  15. I think that Abagail Adams influenced our goverment the most beacause as Maddie said that woman now have equal rights as men. If Abagail Adams hadn't of been as brave to speak to everybody, then we could have a monarchy right now and woman could be slaves and do many bad jobs.

  16. I think hiawatha greatly infuenced our goverment, not because of his womans rights beliefs though (hello everybody! our founding father didnt even pick to have womans rights!) but because of his three branches of goverment. like hiawaths tribes, we have three branches on that influences on that brings ideas and a main man in charge. I will also say that after learning and being hiawatha i totally bealive his ideas and think a goverment like that would be very cool, i definetly am all for peace now :)

    peace out guys!

  19. I thought Abigail Adams was a great influence on the people during that time. Most of the people agreed with her about woman should get the same rights as men (of course the woman agreed with her) She knew what she wanted and she fought for it and that is why she in my opion made the greates influence on us. (Will did ok too)

  20. I believe that John Locke had the greatest impact on our government. He had ideas like three branches of government and equal rights for all men (and women!) plus he didn't believe in slavery.

  21. I think John Locke had the best speeches because he menchened all of the branches of government and he included everything we needed to know. He also had something to say after someone else said something.
