BLOCK 1/2 only....BLOG #10
Hello and happy Monday bloggers. Hope this weekend was great and filled with yummy treats a few old-fashioned tricks. I will give you a choice for this week. You may answer one or both if you like
A. How was your Halloween weekend? What did you do? Describe some memorable moments. I took my two little ones to a Halloween party at the Bouncy Place and then trick-or-treated. Riley was Buzz Lightyear and Owen was a giraffe :) Your turn....
B. What scares you? What are you truly afraid of? For me, I am deathly afraid of rats and of driving off of a bridge into the water (Yes, I know my fears are far-fetched and maybe ridiculous, but they are still my fears..so that makes them valid.) Your turn...
As always, blog by Friday morning... Happy Blogging!

My halloween was terrific ! A couple of friends and I had a blast ! We would rush from house to house. Running pass cars, hoping fences, hiding under cars. The best thing is whenever a car is driving by, we would just go in front of it and start dancing . Hilarious ! I had an amazing time. Oh yeah ! we all were black out. Dressed in black.
ReplyDeleteP.S. Ask kelly if this is true, she was there .
i chose A; i rode the bus with my friend to his house. a lot of people came over and we had a party that wasnt really a party. i stayed the night, left at 3pm, went to a soccer game at 330 and started 5pm. we lost 4-0. Then we had a pizza party with my soccer team. the next day, we raked a lot of leaves, set up halloween stuff, spent 2 hours on homework, got a hair cut. then finally went trick or treating.
ReplyDeletei forgot to say that i was a homemade wheres waldo? suit thing
ReplyDeleteI had an amazing Halloween. I was the freindly ghost with the blue tongue, who haunts everyone. My sister was a witch and my brother was a cop- he looked really real. My favorite part was when a lady said "Come here Dad, you can have a piece of candy too!" she said that to my brother! Also, there was this huge bang from a gun, we live by a gun place, and my brother took out his "gun" which was aatually a squirt gun, and all the little kids said " Mom, look its a real cop."
ReplyDeleteAnother good moment was when my bro and I answered the door for trick or treaters and he scared everyone, we almost mad a little baby cry!
P.S. My least favorite moment was when I went to a house and I ringed the doorbell and they answered it and they gave me a bible! I was REALLY upset!
I don't know what I am afraid of. I think if I saw a teacher out side of school I would get pretty freaked out, but I am also afraid of super huge spiders, like in Harry Potter. I've never actually seen one, but I have seen a teacher at the store-SCARY!!!!
ReplyDeleteI am also afraid of sharks, I don't know why but I am. I have never ever seen one but they just freak me out when I am in deep watrer, like a lake. I love being in water so I am ussuallly having too much fuin to notice. Only once have I been so scared I had to get off the intertube and into the boat- I was really little, so they don't scare me as much any more. i know it seems weird but its true.
ReplyDeleteCarina, I will make sure that if I see you outside of school that I will run up to you, scream, make a huge deal and give you a big hug! Ha!
ReplyDeleteAh, the things that scare me. Not too many things do scare me but, only a few do. 1. Clowns. Clowns, clowns, clowns. You try to lay one finger on me and I slap you upside the head. 2. Um, nothing really. Well, drowning. I've always been scared of that but, other than that nothing that I'm pretty much fearless. Well, there's nothing I can really think of. (:

My most memorable moment of the weekend was on Saturday and it was the only moment that i cant remember at all. I was playing in my soccer game and on one of the throw-ins i headed the ball up the field then everything went black for a while then i woke up on the ground looking at my legs.
ReplyDeleteThings that scare me the most are anything that is creepy, scary, and even what some people thing is funny. The only scary movies i can watch are the Child's play series because they are so old and the graphics are terrible i can honestly laugh at them and not be scared, but if i watch an actual scary movie i wont be able to sleep for weeks. One time after watching a haunting in Connecticut, i slept in my parents room for over a week. Yeah it may seem like i am just making this up but, scary things creep me out and they "haunt" me.

My halloween was great! I spent most of my weekend with my baby cousin and im sure all of my clothes have spit up on them! thats okay hes only 8 months! After i got home i took a little nap and then got all bedazzled up as a football player and went to got get my best friend and go trick or treating with her! But last minute plans changed and then we were late and didn't want to go trick or treating. So we went to hang out with her brother and his friends and we had a m&m fight and i got pelted in the head with one. That was my amazing weekend!
ReplyDeleteThe thing i am most afraid of are clowns. one year i went to a hunted forest and i was sick the week before so i was extra scared i would get sick! But this time i got half way through the forest and then i saw the clowns. Ask Lexi that was not the best part. We walk up to the clown hut and I flip out and scream until the security guard comes and pulled me out. As I am leaving the clown was saying "Nooo don't leave i'm not that scary." I sit outside and think about how that white face freak was petting me. I think about how I actual got up to that clown and looked at it and bursted out in tears. oh how i HATE clowns!!

This Halloween I went to my friend’s house. We got all dressed up but instead of going trick or-treating my friend and I sat outside with a bowl of candy and scared little kids who took more than one piece. It was so much fun, but I got hit like 10 times.
ReplyDeleteAlso I’m not scared of anything except my bro’s ugly face.
Kelly Speaking;
ReplyDeleteWhen it comes down to what scares me the most it is never spiders, or sharks, or rats, or snakes, or the dark. I'm truly a dare devil. But when it comes to what scares me it is that I am scared of losing. I am scared that I will not achieve all my goals in life. There is always a certain amount of time in life till its gone. I am scared of not doing my best, the after-thoughts. What if I don't get into the college I have been dreaming for?
The " what ifs " can really make me scared. Now; with rats, or snakes, or sharks. They won't make your life better or worse. But simply losing will. Losing will obviously make you try harder. But to me, life is a game we all lose, and there is always a winner. I want to be the winner. I guess that I'm basically trying to say is, I am afraid of failure.
That is what scares me the most out of anything in this world. And what nobody knows, except for now whoever read this will know what I Kelly Le the loud, outgoing, obnixous person is scared of.
XOXO, Kelly Le.
Yes William, it is true.
ReplyDeleteMy fear is that when I am in an ocean or deep lake that I will dive down so deep that I can’t get back up and something will eat me. What I am truly afraid of is that my mom will die and I will be left alone without a mom and have to live at my dad’s. I would be ok with living at my dads but not having a mom is the scariest thing in the world.
ReplyDeleteThis Halloween weekend was really awesome, i went trick-or-treating with my friends, it was awesome i got 2 pillow cases full (:, what im mostly afraid of are sharks, but theres something worse than sharks......paranormal activity, i lovee watching ghosts hunters and stuff but after a while ig et really scared, i cant be in a room alone or anything that includes me being alone!
ReplyDeleteOn Saturday i found my PSP which had been missing for 11 months so i was really happy about that and then The next day i went to my friend Erick's house and went trick or treating for 2 hours on Halloween it was a lot of fun. We were up in the Newcastle highlands and we got freaked out by this 50 year old guy with a real chainsaw (chain removed) who was chasing people around it was a lot of fun. I'm scared of nothing because I am good at keeping calm being rational and I can defend myself (getting my black belt in December).
ReplyDeleteThis is a great topic for me. I personally am scared of a number of things, all for reasonable reasons!
ReplyDelete1. deer
(i was alone in the woods, dead phone, late at night, crieing, trying to get home. And out of no where comes this crazily large horse like animal, I screamed and ran all the way home.
2.pepole yelling,or really mad at me.
(i understand this sounds wierd but i literally will wake up in the middle of the night swetting like crazy and crying my eyes out because i drept i was being yelled at. my science teacher gave me nightmeres....no joke.
3. lastly gas stations
(one word, ZOOLANDER!)

1.kk lets see, on friday i stayed home and played x-box for 7 hours just because i had nothin else to do. Then on Saturday i woke up and then around noon i left to my sisters vollyball game for 5 hours. (i sat in the car for 1 hour) it was a waste of time because we lost by 1 set. on Sunday i whent to church and worshiped god and then i went home to watch football with my dad. than at night on Sunday i went to a church party and someone won an i-pod for being the best dressed also my friends and i found a way to get on the roof and so we went up the there and my friends stupid brother shut the door behind us and we got locked out. so then leaders came and helped us and then i went home to sleep.
ReplyDelete2. the thing that scares me the most would have to be spiders. i hate them and the things i have been told like, you eat a spider in your sleep. ummm ew i don't eat spiders i mean they have hair on there but....when their born!! also i am afraid of losing a loved one. i can't bare the thought that if one of my family members died i don't know what i would do.

On sunday i went around with friends the whole night. we realy dident do much trick or treating we just talked the whole time. over all it was a blast. My most memorable moment was when a kid sprayed me with silly string so i punched him because he scared me and he went off crying.

I am deathly afraid of Rollar coasters. Almost every summer my family and I go to Silverwood, last time we went I refused to get on the coaster, my stepfather Tim picked me up, threw me over his shoulder and proceded to carry me to the ride. I immediatly began to cry. I'm not quite sure why I don't like them considering I've never been on one, but it now seems Tim will always call me by the nickname he gave me that day...Pansie...
ReplyDelete[just an FYI, when i was in like fourth grade i watched my first CSI episode...like 20 people died when a rollar coaster flew off the tracks...]

I had a not to bad Halloween but it wasn't great because all I did was go to the Nightmare at Beaver Lake thing with my friend but it wasn't as scary as I expected and that was all I did on Halloween and nothing scares me more than the world we live in
ReplyDeleteMy Halloween weekend was great. All I did was hang out with my friends. My most memorable moment was when we were about to leave my mum wanted to take a million photos of me and my friends.

Over halloween i did a lot of things. I played in a basketball tournament for my AAU team on saturday and we won one game and lost one ( it was single-elimination). I also played in a soccer game on Halloween which we won 1-0. On Halloween night i trick-or-treated with a bunch of friends in my neighborhood. We trick-or-treated in my neighborhood and the two other neighborhoods that are close to my neighborhood. I got so much candy! Then we had a party at my friends house.

Halloween weekend this year was a great one, even though I couldn't go trick-or-treating with my friends. On Saturday I had a soccer game in Bothell that we left for in the moring. Straight after that game, we had to drive four hours to another game the next day. Our game was in Pasco, and it was just as fun as the other one. But, in this game I did something to my ankle so I couldn' go anywhere for Halloween. On the bright side- the friends I was going to go with brought me a big bag of candy so that made it all better. :)

For Halloween, me and my cousin Ayman trick or treated together. I dressed up as Tinkerbell, and he dressed up as Luke Skywalker. We just went around to houses. At one of the houses, there was a really realistic skeleton/ zombie/ weird thing. As we left, it was real and he started to chase us. My cousin (5th grade)turned around and growled at him and I (8th grade)ran away.(: I was scared(:
ReplyDeleteI am scared of a few things actually, and they are all really stupid. I have a weird fear of frogs. Also, another childish thing, I get really creeped out about the dark. I always run really fast through a hallway or something. It really scares me! I'm also creeped out about Marilyn Manson... yeah, kind of creepy!

For me, my most memorable moment this Halloween is when my parents dressed up. This was memorable, because they never dress up, but this Halloween they decided to. I remember this, because they put on face paint, and a doctor's outfit, and where zombie doctors. There makeup was the best part about their costume. It was so good, that they won an award at a party.
ReplyDeleteFrom what I remember, my whole life i have bean afraid of snakes. I don't know why, but I just am. Spiders, and other creepy critters don't really scare me, but snakes do. Whenever I see a snake, a get a weird feeling throughout my body, that makes me shudder.
My Halloween weekend was awesome! Me and around 12 other friends went trick or treating for most of the night and got a ton of candy then went back to the house and sat around and hung out for a while after that. Just about the entire thing was a memorable moment!
ReplyDeleteI am truly afraid of Zombies. Zombies have scared me since i have watched Zombieland.
