It will be a way for you to get your voice out there! Every week there will be a discussion topic/question posted by yours truly and it will be your job to respond. Your response may be in direct relation to the topic or may be a comment about another student's response. The topics will vary but your job will remain the same. Respond to the topic in as much detail as you find necessary and in as genuine a matter as possible!

In order to receive the credit you justly deserve, when you post make sure your full name is listed.

Week of 9/6-9/10

Block 3-4 Only!!!!

Now that you are "Knee-deep" in documenting your life for our Life GRAPH PROJECT, think about your 15 event and BRIEFLY summarize which event will get the highest ranking on your graph. Please explain in plenty of detail what the event was, when it happened, and why it deserves the highest ranking.

My example:

Of all the events in my life up to this point, having my two sons Riley and Owen both get the highest rank. Riley was born in 2006 and Owen in 2009 and since these two fireballs have entered our lives nothing has  been the same, or calm for that matter. They keep us busy and laughing- which in my opinion is the most important thing.

Keep in mind that once you post, I have to approve it so it will not show up automatically! Also feel free to return and comment on other student's posts- there is nothing better than having someone respond to your personal thoughts!

As always, blog at least ONE TIME BY fRIDAY AM!!!!! HAPPY BLOGGING.

  1. Of all the many events that have happened in my lifetime one of the most important was my first lawn mowing job. That event happened on May 15th 2010 in my cul-de-sac. It gets one of the higher rankings because this really set the tone for my business. After all I did get more customers and I now work every week to earn more money.

All of the events that I have, I think the most important would be getting my bass guitar and amp. On Dec 25th, 2009; I was over filled with joy and since that day I can't go a day without playing them. This would get one of the higher rankings because I am can't go a day without music and to get a bassguitar and amp was a real treat for me. It's something that I can learn more with and find great amusement for. I cherish my bass guitar and amp more than anything in my life. It's one thing that Never gets old to me. This event made me over joyed knowing that I got this. I can't even describe in words. I screamed at the top of my lungs, I think I fainted once. But It was an amazing suprise. I was saving up to buy one myself but my dad got me one. I think this event helped me stick to something and never give up. Just keep trying...

  3. MY most important event on my life graph is probably when my little brother was born. On March 1st 2000 he was born in a hospital down in Federal Way. Even though I didn't see him for the first 2 years of his life, he still impacts my life today. He's annoying and all but overall hes okay. I'm not sure what life would be like without him.

  4. From my events, I would say that going to California on July 15th 2010 would be one of my most important events. I haven't been to California for a while, and I was excited to visit my favorite cousin, and my Uncle who has severe lung cancer. I was also excited to spend more time with my family.

  5. My life has been very eventful but I think the event that most effected my life was getting my dog Jack. I think he really helped because I got him right before my previous dog Ike died. I was in first grade and it was in the middle of the year. He was a little black and white German Wirehair, which was abnormal because he was supposed to be liver spotted without any white. I think this gets the highest rank because it gave me hope when my other dog died and started my love for animals because I had to take care of Jack and learn responsibility.

  6. Josh Ryker here. Out of all the events in my time line the most vaule one of them all would have to be birth. The main reason for this would be because I think that was the only event that I marked 10. But really though I would have no life at all if it wasn't for my birth. Witch I am very grateful for indeed.

  7. Of all of my 15 events one of the most important was getting Maci. She is a soft-coated wheaten terrier born on april 21, 2009. We got her on June 23rd. She is the joy and pain in my life, becides my brother. Just today (yes TODAY) she broke out of the eletric fence and ran into the woods. We were looking for her for a whole hour at 7-8:00 in the woods as it got dark. I was so scared I woudnt find her, but we did. She also brings joy to my life, always ready to play and go anywhere. I love her.

  9. Of all the event in my life I would have to say that my sister being born was a definite 10 and above. I would rate this event this way because this event taught me to be patient and forgiving to something that has never been in life before. Mt sister was born on 9/12/2000. I would definitly rate this a ten for any life graph project I do.:)

  10. From all 15 events on my life graph, the most important is the birth of my younger sister. Her name is Manmeet and at her birth she had a hole in her heart. She stayed three years in the hospital. Now she is six and is development delay. Her birth has changed my life and given me a new look at life.

  13. My life was most affected when I got mt two cats Missy and Sammy. They are two white, cuddly persians. This affected me because they were my first pets that I had to take care of. Even though they can be so annoying, like when Missy suddenly wakes me up because she decided to atack my foot, I love them. I also love the way Sammy and Missy purr and twitch when they sleep.

  14. Out all 15 events getting my first pair of twin tip skis has to be the best. I thinks this is best because i absolutely LOVE skiing. Getting my twin tip skis also opened me up to a new style of skiing called freestyle which makes skiing million time more fun then it already is. This is why getting my first pair of twin tip skis is the best event out all 15 of them

  20. Out of all my 15 events i'd have to say my birth will get the highest ranking, this happened June 2nd, 1997. I think it deserves the highest ranking because if it didnt happened neither would of all my other events. My birth started my life and all the happy and bummer things in it. Summer Barnhill

  21. The event that effected me is starting football i've played football for 6 or 7 years. Football is fun for me because when i get mad about something or at someone i can take it out on the football field and not get in trouble for it.
